Every eCommerce build includes Singapore-specific payment gateways (PayNow, Stripe, HitPay, GrabPay), shipping integrations (Lalamove, Ninja Van, SingPost, Qxpress), product photography setup guidance, abandoned-cart email flows, and on-page SEO configured for Google Shopping. Our packages support up to 150 products in standard tiers and can scale to thousands with custom quotes. We migrate stores from Wix, Squarespace, Shopify Lite, and from marketplace channels (Shopee, Lazada) into a self-owned storefront so you stop paying marketplace commissions on repeat customers.

Platform choice

Shopify (recommended for most SMEs): hosted, secure, fast, large app ecosystem, easy to manage. WooCommerce on WordPress: best when you already run a WP content site, or need very specific product-page customisation, or want to avoid Shopify transaction fees on a high-volume catalogue. Custom React storefront on a headless CMS: for product-led brands needing extreme performance or unusual UX. We'll recommend based on your catalogue size, team capability, and growth plans — not based on which platform pays us better (we have no platform partnerships that would bias the recommendation).

Not included by default

Product photography (we can recommend Singapore studios from S$300/half-day). Long-form product copywriting (we'll quote separately or use AI-assisted drafts you can review). Custom B2B wholesale tiers, multi-currency, and marketplace syncing (Shopee/Lazada) are scoped as add-ons. Ongoing optimisation, paid traffic, and SEO are separate monthly retainers. Webby.sg is a homegrown Singapore agency — we work in SGT business hours, communicate primarily over WhatsApp (+65 8080 5608), bill in SGD, and understand the local SME landscape from F&B and retail to B2B services and clinics. PDPA-compliant lead capture, .sg domains, Singapore payment gateways, and bilingual EN/中文 content are all standard inclusions, not add-ons.
